My name is Zunairah, and I am taking AICE Media Studies. So far, my experience in this class has been pretty exciting because we started learning about camera angles and how they can completely change the meaning of a scene, as well as the difference between connotation and denotation, which is really interesting. With the portfolio, I want to learn how to use these concepts and make my own media product from start to finish. Right now, I am thinking of creating a film opening because I like to tell stories in different ways and want to explore how different shots and meanings can be combined to draw in an audience, and I've also never done anything like that before.
